We do not staff a phone but are happy to answer your questions via email. All inquiries will be responded to within 2 business hours. Please note the following may answer your questions:

  • ORDER STATUS: If you are requesting an update regarding your order, please note we may ship up to three weeks after the order is placed unless otherwise noted on the product page. You should receive an email with tracking # upon shipment of your order assuming your email address is correct on your order.
  • DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING: If your discount code is not working, please provide details about the product you are ordering as well as the full code (it starts with SM and has a hyphen followed by 8 additional alphanumeric characters).
  • MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH CODES: We can only accept one voucher code per item ordered through Groupon. Therefore, you must order each item separately. While we understand shipping will seem to increase, it is all based on weight so it’s equivalent in the end! The s&h fees are a handling fee as well, and we are not able to refund shipping when ordering multiple deal items.
  • PRODUCT ISSUE: If there are issues regarding an item you received, we will request a photo of the item. You will receive a response so please be sure to prepare the photo.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All sales are final.  Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly provided addresses.
